Removing Insulators From The Crossarm

It is hard to believe that all insulators have been found, so I went out and bought a telescopic pole and bolted an oil filter cringe tool to the end of the pole. Then I wrapped tape around the end of the oil filter ring so I wouldn't scratch the insulators. It fits over the insulators just fine while they are on the crossarms. I then pull down on the telescopic pole and the oil filter cringe tool tightens itself around the insulator. I proceed to unscrew the insulator off of the wooden peg. My wife stands across from me with a big catcher's mitt ready to catch the insulator when I pop it off the crossarm.
